Event Tickets and Registrations:

Merchandise, Food, and Beverages:
On-site purchases of food and beverages are typically non-refundable once the product is delivered.
Pre-ordered or shipped merchandise may be eligible for a return or exchange if it arrives damaged or defective. Please see our Return Policy below.
Processing Refunds:
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
